1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the 87c777 website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at 87c777.app.
• "Player" means any registered individual who holds a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's account, excluding any locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts awarded under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Player must place before bonus funds become withdrawable as cash.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction where access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 87c777 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 87c777 or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

87c777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above conditions at any point in the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 87c777 strongly recommends the use of a unique password not used on any other platform. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 87c777 support immediately via the contact details provided on this site. 87c777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit may be subject to limits set per payment method.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits are credited to the account balance promptly following confirmation by the payment provider. 87c777 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• 87c777 reserves the right to perform identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be held pending the outcome of such verification.
• 87c777 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party charges imposed by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Funds deposited solely for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gaming activity may be declined, and the account may be reviewed for abuse.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

87c777 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first in all betting activity unless the Player has elected otherwise in Account Settings.
• Each promotional offer is valid for one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 87c777 reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bets placed on certain games or bet types may not contribute fully (or at all) to satisfying a wagering requirement. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee a mathematical profit from bonus funds — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in account closure.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the game-specific and sport-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• 87c777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly published in error or where a technical fault affected the offer price.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) shall be final.
• 87c777 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without prior notice, particularly where the integrity of an event is under review.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be void, except where in-play betting has been explicitly enabled for that market.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 87c777 Platform. Breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors knowingly for financial gain.
• Collusion with other Players or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the Platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.

8 Responsible Gaming

87c777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible directly within Account Settings, without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an alert after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting activity for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 87c777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of account balance due to unauthorised access resulting from Player negligence, or interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failure, or external events beyond our reasonable control. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 87c777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11 Account Closure & Termination

Either party may close an account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact 87c777 support. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification. 87c777 reserves the right to close any account — with or without notice — where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. In such cases, bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 87c777's sole discretion following investigation.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account decision, or Platform behaviour, Players must first submit a formal complaint to 87c777 support via the email address published on this site. 87c777 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days. 87c777's decision on all disputes is final pending any applicable regulatory review.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the 87c777 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 87c777 employs industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

14 Amendments to These Terms

87c777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, 87c777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account.
